Order Processing & Delivery Time

Once your order is placed, we process it within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed during the week are often processed the same or next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take slightly longer.
After your order is processed, it is shipped out.

Average delivery time: 8–12 business days after dispatch.
Important: The estimated "Ships By" date refers to when your order leaves our warehouse, not the delivery date. Many customers confuse the two — we want to clarify this upfront to avoid any misunderstandings.

We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. Below we explain how your order will be processed and delivered.

Placing an order

The ordering process at Harrington & Co. Hatters is as simple as possible. First, you need to go to the product page and add the product you want to your shopping cart. To do this, click on the black "Add to cart" button.

Here it is important to check that you have selected the correct variants. If everything is in order, click on the "Checkout" box. On the information page, you will need to enter the correct address details. Make sure that all the information is correct. When this information is filled in correctly, you can click on the "Continue shipping" button.

On the "Dispatch" page you have the opportunity to check the address data you have entered. It is also pointed out that every shipment is sent completely free of charge. As a token of our appreciation to our customers, we always pay the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking on the "Proceed to payment" box.

In the payment options you have the choice between different payment methods. All payment options are SSL-encrypted, which means you can always rely on a secure payment environment.

Once you have selected the correct payment method, you will need to click on the "Complete Order" box and you will be redirected to your chosen payment method. Shipping costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All of our products are delivered to your door 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity required.

Shipping your order

To ensure that we can charge fair prices for our products, we have chosen to collect parcels in large quantities and ship them all at once once we have reached our minimum quantity. We hope for your understanding and willingness to help us create a better and healthier world.

Please note: Like many other online shops, we are very busy and there may be delays due to various reasons. Please take this into account when placing your order. We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Harrington & Co. Hatters has no control over these charges, nor can Harrington & Co. Hatters predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

Harrington & Co. Hatters is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
